"My story"
L.A. Journeey Consulting, LLC; was formed to represent individuals in my life that are very dear to me. Starting LAJC represents a reflection of the target populations for the Elderly, Veterans struggling with Mental Health illnesses and Single Fathers who have custody of their children and maintaining stable housing.
The Elderly population is a representation of my mother who lost her life due to not properly being cared for in a facility. Not being able to house her in a safe environment that she would have been able to remain in the best physical health possible, may have changed or extended the outcome of her life.
The Veteran population is a representation of my first born who chose the military life and it changed his life in many ways ;which led to him be honorably discharged with physical and mental health challenges and last but not least;
The Single Father population represent my youngest son who is raising my grandson full time while managing full time employment, attending college and ensuring a stable home for himself and his son with minimal resources for assistance with affordable housing.
Being able to provide housing to other individuals with these same challenges will allow them stable housing; which will allow them to focus on the many other challenges and barriers they face on a regular basis just to manage day to day life stressors is the reason L.A. Journeey Consulting, LLC was established.

Our strategy focuses on acquiring high-potential multifamily properties in key areas of North Carolina, implementing cost-effective renovations, and leveraging property management best practices to create an amount of sustainable, high-quality housing. By prioritizing affordability and supportive living environments. This will allow our elderly population stable housing on a fixed income, assist the single fathers who are the sole custodial parent for their children be afforded sustainable housing to provide their children a home and the veterans of the United States of America; who have endured traumatic experiences that have experienced challenges that have caused significant mental health illnesses; a chance to live a quality of life deserving with stable housing.
